All grade point averages shall be calculated by:
a) Multiplying the grade point achieved by the credit value assigned for that course, excluding the special grades
b) Totaling the grade points from a) above; and
c) Dividing the total from b) above by the total of the course credit values.

Note that the grade point average is calculated to two decimal places, and is rounded up to the second decimal place.
