How to calculate GPA?
Grade Point Averages are weighted calculations based on the Grade received and the Credit Value of the course. To determine the Weighted Credit Value multiply the Grade Points corresponding to the attained Grade by the Credit Value of the course.
GPA = Total Weighted Credit Value ÷ Total Credit Value
What is Cumulative GPA?
Cumulative GPA is the Grade Point Average of all courses taken over the student’s entire academic history with Sheridan.

The Program Term GPA is the Grade Point Average of all courses taken within a program for a given term. Program Term GPAs are included on the students’ online grade report.
